When you first receive the Ice Pack, please be aware that there is powdered water-absorbent resin inside. It's IMPORTANT to note that once the lid is tightened to prevent leakage, it will be sealed and cannot be reopened, so ensure to add enough water all at once during the initial use. For the FIRST use, twist off the lid and add enough water up to the MAXIMUM LINE in one go. Then, tighten the lid and shake to allow the water-absorbent resin to turn the water into gel.

To avoid bulging, please place the ice pack flat with its largest side down in the freezer. If the ice pack bulges inadvertently, there's no need to worry, as our ice packs are made of durable material that won't rupture. Once the ice pack has melted, simply shake the gel evenly then place it flat in the freezer to prevent bulging.
